Account Executive – Proptech SaaS | $115K Base + Super | $180K OTERemote-first | Preference for NSW, VIC, or QLD

You’ve done the grind. Cold calls. Chasing demos. Selling software that barely moves the needle.

At Proptech Labs, you’ll run the full play: hunt new business, spot expansion opportunities, and turn one win into three more inside the same account.

You’ll talk to decision-makers who actually want to hear from you, because what you’re selling makes their lives easier.

What you’ll do:

  • Full-cycle sales: prospect, discover, demo, close

  • Tailor solutions with the product and CS teams
  • Keep a sharp, clean pipeline and hit your number
  • Bring market insights back into the business to fuel growth

What you bring:

  • 2+ years selling SaaS or B2B tech
  • Proptech, real estate, or property management experience is non-negotiable
  • Strong discovery, demo, and closing skills
  • Commercial acumen and comfort in boardroom-level conversations
  • Confidence to pick up the phone and create opportunities
