About the Role
We're looking for a driven, proactive Sales & Growth Manager to join the team behind Standing Ovations, led by Leanne Christie.
This isn't a "just hit your numbers" sales role.
You'll be:
- Connecting with speakers who are ready to grow their business
- Selling into transformational programs like the Million Dollar Mastermind
- Managing leads, nurturing relationships, and closing aligned opportunities
- Owning the journey from first enquiry through to enrolment

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales conversations
- Convert leads into clients across coaching programs and events
- Nurture prospects with a warm, consultative approach
- Maintain and update CRM systems with discipline
- Follow up consistently — no lead left behind
- Hit and exceed monthly sales targets
- Feed insights from sales conversations back into our messaging and offers
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years' sales experience (non-negotiable)
- Proven ability to close sales and hit targets
- Experience selling memberships, coaching programs, or online training (preferred)Tech & Tools (Preferred)
- CRM experience (especially Zoho)
- Kajabi or similar program delivery platforms
- Zoom (confident on discovery calls and demos)
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude)Soft Skills That Matter Most
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Strong influence and negotiation skills
- Highly organised and proactive
- You love a checklist and getting things done
