We're looking for a Senior Paid Social Specialist ready to operate as a true growth partner and to own the strategic direction of a dedicated pod of media buyers to drive measurable performance across a portfolio of ecommerce clients.

This is a leadership role that sits at the intersection of advanced paid social strategy, ecommerce expertise, and people development.

You'll be the most senior operator across your client portfolio, leading high-stakes client conversations, setting paid social campaign strategies across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, and building a high-performing team around you.

Your team will own the full campaign lifecycle: account structure, budget allocation, creative testing frameworks, optimisation, and long-term growth strategy. Many of our partners give us full creative freedom, which means real space to test bold ideas and scale what converts.

You're both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator. You set the vision, own the outcomes, and lead by example every day. 

You'll also think beyond the dashboard. That means reading P&L data, focusing on contribution margin over ROAS, and making decisions that drive sustainable profit, not just strong performance metrics.

And internally, you'll raise the bar: mentoring junior team members and setting the strategic standard across every account you lead.

What You'll Learn & Do

  • Own the strategic direction across all accounts in your pod, managing significant monthly ad spend and applying the Ecommerce Equation methodologies to drive budget, scaling, and growth decisions
  • Lead campaign strategy across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, from account structure and bidding through to audience approach and creative direction
  • Guide clients through commercial planning across sales periods, product launches, and key calendar events, conducting post-campaign analysis to continuously raise the bar
  • Stay ahead of performance trends and platform shifts, adapting strategies across your pod before they impact results
  • Serve as the senior strategic partner across all client accounts, leading performance conversations with clarity, confidence, and a clear path forward
  • Build deep, lasting client partnerships rooted in trust, transparency, and consistent commercial outcomes with a relentless focus on retention and growth
  • Manage day-to-day pod operations, overseeing workload distribution and delegating effectively across Account Managers and Digital Coordinators
  • Coach, develop, and upskill your team through structured training, clear learning pathways, and regular performance feedback
  • Foster a high-performance team culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and share learnings across the broader Paid Social team

Who We're Looking For

  • 2+ years hands-on experience across Meta Ads, with strong working knowledge of TikTok Ads and Pinterest Ads
  • Experience managing significant ad spend per account, ideally $80k+/month
  • A deep understanding of ecommerce and performance marketing - you know what moves the needle and why
  • Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing a team of media buyers
  • The confidence to lead senior client conversations, navigate tough situations, and present with authority and clarity
  • An eye for detail, a systems mindset, and strong commercial instincts
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a large portfolio and a team simultaneously
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment
  • Agency experience preferred, but not essential

Salary Range

$105,000 - $120,000 +super, plus unique profit share program.
