Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant. Responsibilities include supporting financial operations such as invoicing, accounting tasks, and bookkeeping. The role also involves assisting in financial reporting, reconciling transactions, and providing administrative support to the finance team. Collaboration with colleagues and clear communication will be essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting and Finance with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices
• Experience with Invoicing and excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and accuracy in financial records
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with financial software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel or accounting software, is a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
