Project Director

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Project Director. The Project Director will oversee key initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring project plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, and reporting progress to stakeholders. The Project Director will also identify potential risks, propose mitigations, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Project management expertise, including the ability to develop schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress
• Experience in stakeholder communication and team leadership
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial oversight for projects
• Familiarity with mental health in higher education or related fields is a strong asset
• Proficient with project management tools and software
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, public health, social sciences, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
