Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Graphic Designer / UI Designer at Mind Builders Academy. The designer will create visual assets for digital learning materials, marketing content, and brand communications that align with the academy’s educational goals. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics for course content, presentations, and social media, as well as refining layouts and visual concepts for interactive lessons and platforms. The role also involves collaborating with educators and content creators to translate learning objectives into clear, engaging visual and UI solutions, ensuring consistency with the academy’s brand and user experience standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Visual Design skills, including composition, color, typography, and layout.
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, using industry-standard design tools and software.
- Experience in User Experience (UX) and User Experience Design (UED), with a focus on intuitive and learner-friendly interfaces.
- Ability to create designs adapted for digital learning environments, such as e-learning platforms, presentations, and social media.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work in education, digital products, or similar fields.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage part-time workload and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
