Operations Coordinator

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Operations Coordinator. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, streamlining workflows, and ensuring efficient operations. Key responsibilities include coordinating administrative tasks, providing customer support, analyzing and optimizing operational processes, and ensuring effective communication between team members and stakeholders.

• Strong skills in Operations Management and Administrative Assistance
• Proven Analytical Skills for process evaluation and continuous improvement
• Excellent Communication skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to deliver high-quality Customer Service and maintain professional relationships
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote capacity
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a public health or research organization is an advantage
• Proficiency in digital tools and project management software is a plus
