We’re seeking a Project Manager to join a dynamic team focused on customer innovation and enablement. This is a client-facing role that blends strategic project management with hands-on change enablement. You’ll help pilot new concepts with customers and scale successful initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project implementation and enablement tracking.
• Collaborate daily with internal teams and external clients.
• Build and manage experimentation frameworks to test and scale new ideas.
• Drive onboarding and change management initiatives.
• Work flexibly across time zones, including UK hours.

What You’ll Bring

• 5–7 years of project management experience.
• Strong background in consulting or working with consultancies.
• Familiarity with collaboration software products.
• Understanding of data and experimentation models.
• Graduate-level education with Prosci or equivalent project management certification.
