The Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to be the primary point of contact and strategic partner for valued mid-market clients. You will step in to centralise the relationship and take total ownership over the client management side.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary strategic and operational contact for clients, building long-term trust and insight.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the client's business goals , and translate those objectives into clear, actionable briefs for delivery teams.
  • Manage client expectations regarding communication, timelines, and deliverables , effectively "reining them in" when necessary.
  • Monitor performance, analyse results, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimisation and strategic decisions.
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring high quality, and QAing all deliverables before they reach the client.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years in an Account Manager or Client Services role within a digital agency.
  • A strong understanding of business sales and marketing workflows (e.g., Inbound Marketing, lead generation, sales enablement).
  • Proven working knowledge across multiple marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media Ads, Email, Content).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • You struggle with setting and enforcing client expectations or holding them accountable to timelines.
  • Your primary focus is on how to use a tool; the differentiation is the strategic advice.
