Freelance: Digital Marketing Project Manager for International Pharma Company (Remote – APAC region)
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager to support an international pharma company with global operations.
The role is fully remote and best suited for someone based in Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, or South Korea. The company is a global, world-leading organisation with its main headquarters in Denmark, while the APAC regional headquarters is located in Singapore, which this role will work closely with.
Scope:
- 15–20 hours per week

The person will play a central role in managing paid media campaigns across six markets in the APAC region. While not executing the campaigns directly, the person must have in-depth channel knowledge to develop precise briefs, evaluate proposals, and provide clear feedback to internal and external teams. A background in hands-on campaign execution is considered a strong advantage.
The second core focus area is optimisation of regional websites. This includes monitoring key performance indicators and conversions, analysing data in tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, and identifying areas for improvement. The person will be expected to create actionable reports and provide clear recommendations for enhancing site performance – including briefing the relevant teams on next steps.
Strong experience in paid media is the primary requirement. If the person does not have a background in website performance optimisation, but meets the other criteria, applications are still very welcome.
Responsibilities and areas of expertise:
- Drive paid media campaign management – including briefing, alignment with business goals, and close review of channel execution across APAC markets
- Act as a digital advisor and quality controller for paid media deliverables from agencies and internal teams
- Analyse website performance using Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, with focus on conversion tracking and user behaviour
- Prepare clear, structured performance reports and identify actionable optimisation opportunities
- Collaborate with local affiliates and global teams to ensure that campaign materials and web activities are consistent, locally relevant, and fully aligned with brand guidelines and compliance requirements
