This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Technical Product Manager - Hadron in Australia. The Technical Product Manager - Hadron will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling a cutting-edge institutional-grade tokenization platform within the digital asset ecosystem. This role combines deep product leadership with strong technical and financial infrastructure expertise, ensuring seamless delivery of complex blockchain-based solutions. You will define product vision, own the roadmap, and act as the final decision-maker across competing priorities, including client demands, engineering constraints, and regulatory requirements. Operating in a fast-paced, global environment, you will translate institutional needs into scalable product solutions while maintaining strict scope discipline. The role requires strong cross-functional coordination with engineering teams, external partners, and market stakeholders. You will ensure the platform evolves in alignment with long-term architecture, compliance standards, and institutional adoption goals. Accountabilities

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the Hadron platform, ensuring alignment with institutional market needs, technical feasibility, and compliance requirements.
  • Prioritize and manage product initiatives, making clear go/no-go decisions on features, integrations, and releases while preventing scope creep.
  • Translate complex institutional requirements into structured product specifications and actionable development tasks.
  • Act as the primary liaison between product, engineering teams, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of development cycles.
  • Coordinate roadmap alignment with market feedback and strategic input from key stakeholders, ensuring delivery of high-impact features.
  • Oversee product performance, bug tracking, and continuous platform improvements to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Manage client-driven integration needs and convert recurring demands into long-term product enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or ownership, including at least 3 years in digital assets, tokenization, or financial infrastructure.
  • Proven hands-on experience delivering a tokenization or real-world asset (RWA) product, including full lifecycle ownership from issuance to settlement.
  • Strong understanding of traditional financial market infrastructure, including custody, clearing, settlement, and fund administration.
  • Deep familiarity with blockchain ecosystems and token standards, including their technical and compliance implications.
  • Experience working with institutional clients such as banks, asset managers, or financial institutions in a product-facing role.
  • Ability to interpret regulatory frameworks (such as MiCA, MAS, SEC, VARA) and integrate compliance into product design.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to write clear product documentation and executive-level summaries.
