Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst (AI Training)About The Role We're partnering with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, safer AI — and we need real GRC practitioners to help us get there. Your hands-on experience with security policies, compliance frameworks, and risk management will directly shape how AI systems reason about governance and risk. This isn't a traditional GRC role. You'll be putting your expertise to work in a new way — reviewing, evaluating, and validating AI-generated compliance scenarios so that frontier AI models understand how security and risk actually work inside real organizations.

What You'll Do
- Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy and completeness
- Evaluate compliance scenarios across frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST
- Assess risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation
- Generate and validate high-quality training and evaluation data for AI systems
- Apply your real-world GRC knowledge to identify gaps, errors, or weaknesses in AI-generated outputs
- Provide structured, precise written feedback that helps AI reason more accurately about risk
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in GRC, compliance, risk management, or a related field
- Solid working knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or similar frameworks
- Comfortable reading and interpreting policy documents, audit reports, and control documentation
- Detail-oriented with strong written reasoning and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently on an asynchronous schedule
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in information security, internal audit, or third-party risk management
- Familiarity with risk quantification methodologies or GRC platforms
