Role Overview

As a Software Tester, you'll be responsible for validating the end-to-end functionality of our core product — including our web app, Chrome extension, and Gmail integration. You’ll be involved in both manual and automated testing, helping us catch bugs before users do.

This role is perfect for someone looking to gain real-world testing experience on a meaningful product in active development.

Responsibilities

Create, execute, and document manual test cases for new and existing features

Perform regression and exploratory testing across the app and extension

Log reproducible bugs and edge cases using tools like GitHub Issues

Help develop and maintain automated tests (optional, if experienced)

Work closely with devs and designers to clarify expected behavior

Contribute to improving QA processes and release checklists

Requirements

Familiarity with software testing fundamentals (manual or automation)

Experience with bug reporting tools and writing clear reproduction steps

Attention to detail and ability to spot unexpected behavior or UI inconsistencies

 Willingness to test across platforms (web app, extension, email workflows)

 Reliable communication and ability to give actionable feedback
