Account Manager – SaaS | Logistics Tech

📍 Remote – Open to candidates anywhere in Australia

💰 $130,000 base + super | $195,000 OTE (uncapped)

The Role

As Account Manager, you'll own a portfolio of existing customers — managing renewals, driving upsell and expansion, and acting as a trusted strategic advisor. This is a full-cycle AM role: you'll run the complete sales motion within your book of business, from identifying growth opportunities through to close.

You'll also play a meaningful role in shaping how the AM function is built as the business scales in the ANZ market.

Day to day, you'll be:

  • Managing contract renewals and driving net revenue retention across your portfolio
  • Identifying and closing upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Building relationships with VP and Director-level stakeholders across your accounts
  • Leading executive business reviews and success planning conversations
  • Delivering product demonstrations and driving platform adoption
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline in Salesforce
  • Travelling to meet customers in person 1–2 times per quarter

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in Account Management or Sales, ideally within a logistics, supply chain, or SaaS business serving those sectors
  • Experience managing a portfolio of 50+ accounts with a structured approach to tiering and prioritisation
  • Comfortable running commercial conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Confident delivering web-based product demonstrations
  • Salesforce proficiency
  • Strong communicator — written and verbal
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is a plus
  • Highly coachable, curious, and hungry to grow
