You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, maintaining systems, and supporting daily operational activities across the organization.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, validation, cleansing, and updates across internal systems

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of operational data

• Support daily data processing and workflow management tasks

• Generate basic reports and assist with data summaries for internal use

• Identify and flag data inconsistencies or errors for resolution

• Assist in maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and documentation

• Support cross-functional teams with operational data requests

• Follow data governance, security, and compliance standards

• Assist in process improvements to enhance data efficiency

• Perform ad-hoc data and administrative tasks as assigned

✅ Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field (IT, Business, Data, Statistics preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

• Basic understanding of data handling and reporting

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to learn new tools and systems

• Internship or experience in data/admin work is an advantage
