Brand & Digital Designer
Full-Time | Remote (Syd preferred) | Mid-Senior Level
Creative Natives is partnering with a fast-growing health and wellness brand to find a Brand & Digital Designer who can take ownership of visual execution across every customer touchpoint.

The Opportunity
The successful candidate will sit at the centre of the brand’s content, retention, and digital marketing ecosystem. Working closely with Creative, Content, and Lifecycle stakeholders, they’ll be responsible for translating briefs into high-quality visual assets across social, email, web, and packaging channels.
This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys creating the systems behind the work - not just the work itself. The team is looking for someone who thinks in templates, component libraries, and scalable design infrastructure, while maintaining a high level of craft across every asset produced.
Key Responsibilities
Social & Digital Content
- Design on-brand social assets, carousel posts, stories, and digital content across multiple platforms
- Build and maintain modular social templates within Figma
- Adapt creative across formats and channels while maintaining brand consistency
- Support paid media initiatives with brand-aligned creative assets
Email & Lifecycle Design
- Design and build modular, mobile-first email templates
- Maintain the email design system, including reusable content blocks and layouts
- Collaborate with marketing and lifecycle teams on campaign and automated flow assets
- Develop a scalable template library that supports efficient deployment
Design Systems & Brand Infrastructure
- Own the ongoing maintenance and evolution of the company’s Figma design system
- Manage component libraries, typography scales, colour systems, and iconography
- Document design standards and workflows for internal teams and external partners
- Ensure consistency as new products, channels, and campaigns are introduced
Packaging & Print Production
- Prepare print-ready artwork, packaging files, and production assets
- Maintain organised version control and production file libraries
- Work with suppliers to ensure files meet manufacturing specifications
Website & Digital Experience
- Design landing pages, product pages, and website modules
- Partner with developers to deliver production-ready designs
- Support conversion-focused testing and optimisation initiatives
- Contribute to post-purchase and retention-focused customer experiences
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 4–6 years’ experience in brand, digital, or multidisciplinary design roles
- Strong experience building and maintaining Figma design systems
- A systems-oriented mindset with a passion for scalable design infrastructure
- Experience designing across digital, email, social, and print environments
- A solid understanding of ecommerce and customer lifecycle touchpoints
- Confidence managing multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and production standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort incorporating AI-powered tools into creative workflows
Bonus Experience
- Health, wellness, nutrition, or consumer product experience
- DTC/eCommerce brand experience
- Motion design or video editing capabilities
- Experience working with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms

Within the first 12 months, this person will have:
- Established scalable social and content design systems
- Built a comprehensive and documented email template library
- Maintained a robust and accessible Figma design system
- Delivered consistent, high-quality visual execution across all channels
- Become a trusted creative partner across content, lifecycle, and digital teams
