Role Description

This is a full-time remote commission only position for a Manager, Global Sales. The role requires you to build strong relationships with clients to understand their event sourcing needs and deliver tailored solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting leads, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts with venue partners, and ensuring clients receive optimal value for their events. The role also involves collaborating with the HelmsBriscoe team to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. You can be based anywhere in Australia and there are no specific territories. You clients can be based anywhere and you will be sourcing venues for them both domestically and internationally as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, client relationship management, and business development skills
  • Expertise in event planning, strategic planning, and contract negotiation
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other digital tools related to sales and marketing
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • A self-motivated, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Prior experience in the hospitality, meetings, or events industry is a strong advantage
