Job Description:
A well-backed Australian AI infrastructure company is hiring its first Partnerships Manager to build and scale a broad partner channel across Australia. The business already has a proven product with enterprise customers across regulated verticals, and partners sit at the centre of the growth strategy.
This is the right seat for someone who knows the SI, MSP, and reseller ecosystem well and wants to own it. You'll recruit at volume, enable fast, and drive partner-attributed revenue from day one.
The Opportunity:Channel Ownership: You will build the partner programme from scratch, setting the strategy, the tiering, the incentives, and the cadence. No playbook to inherit and no committee to get approval from.
Volume Recruitment: The goal is broad market coverage across SIs, MSPs, resellers, and AI consultancies. You will be measured on partner activation and revenue, not marquee logo count.
Co-Sell with Purpose: You will support partners on active enterprise opportunities, working deals into regulated verticals including financial services, healthcare, and government.
Real Product Fit: Their inference platform and AI agent builder address a genuine market need for private AI deployment. Partners sell value, not vapourware.
What You'll Bring:Partner Recruitment at Volume: A track record of signing and activating broad partner ecosystems, not just managing a book of five named SIs.
SI Economics Fluency: You understand how system integrators sell, implement, and make margin, and you know how to structure programmes that align with how they operate.
Enablement Execution: You can build the assets, run the training, and get a partner to first deal without extensive hand-holding.
Australian Ecosystem Network: An existing network in the local SI, MSP, or reseller community that shortens time to first partner and first revenue.
