State government department is looking to hire Service Designers for a program that will deliver a world-class, integrated digital health ecosystem, empowering consumers and enabling healthcare professionals to achieve better patient outcomes through innovative technologies.

Your new role:

Your role will be pivotal in shaping digital health solutions through Human Centred Design (HCD) methodologies.

• Lead user research and analysis to inform design decisions
• Ensure effective design governance across projects
• Coach and mentor team members in Human Centred Design practices.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Experience in Human Centered Design
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver innovative, business-focused solutions
• Exceptional time management and multitasking skills with a customer-centric approach
• Advanced interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders
• Experience in mentoring junior staff and managing multiple projects
• Commitment to team collaboration, continuous learning, and fostering a positive work culture
