We’re now looking for an experienced Contract Telemarketer / Lead Generator to join our friendly and fast-paced team at FinanceCorp — a well-established mortgage and finance brokerage helping clients all across Australia.

About the Role

This is a contract / ABN-based position, perfect for someone who enjoys flexible, performance-driven work while still being part of a supportive team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Calling new leads and existing contacts (warm + cold outreach)
  • Qualifying prospects with a clear question framework (goals, timelines, readiness)
  • Booking appointments into our broker team’s calendar
  • Following up leads using a structured call/SMS/email cadence
  • Updating notes, outcomes, and next steps in our CRM
  • Working to agreed KPIs (call volume, contact rate, booked appointments)

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re:

  • Experienced in telemarketing, outbound calling, appointment setting, or lead generation
  • Confident, friendly, and able to build rapport quickly
  • Comfortable handling objections and staying positive
  • Reliable, self-managed, and consistent with follow-through
  • Strong with written and verbal communication
  • Professional and respectful (our clients are everything to us)
  • You must live in Australia
  • Bonus (not essential): experience in finance, lending, property, or insurance lead generation
