We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Accountant to join our remote team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about accounting, financial reporting, and supporting business operations with accurate financial records.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining general ledger and accurate financial records.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist with bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

✅ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related internships/projects.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
