Originally founded during the 2020 pandemic as "Aussie Dog Kennels," we've grown rapidly to serve both direct-to-consumer and retail markets, with a focus on products that perform in both suburban and rugged rural conditions.

The RoleWe’re looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Care Agent to join our remote team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with product questions, order support, and general enquiries via phone, email, and chat. This is a contract-based position, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems and creating great customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries across phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information on our product range
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and care
• Maintain records of interactions using our CRM system
• Collaborate with other team members to improve service delivery

What We’re Looking For✔️ Strong written and verbal communication skills✔️ Previous customer service or retail experience✔️ Ability to work independently in a remote environment✔️ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills✔️ Experience with pet or rural products is a bonusAvailable RostersWe currently have one part-time schedules available (AEST hours) which includes the following shifts:

• Monday 5pm to 10pm
• Friday 1:30pm to 7pm
• Saturday 10am to 6pm
