Title: Customer Support & Social Engagement Manager
Location: Remote, Australia, async friendly
Pay: $40/hr including super, excluding GST (about 15 hours per week) plus equity ownership available
Hours : Flexible, with a focus on mornings and afternoons when Aussies are most active.

ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years experience in a customer support, community engagement or influencer management roles
- You’re a people person
- You write like a real person, fast and friendly.
- You want to work for a company that has fans, not just customers
- You can chat with a commenter, talk a creator into a gifting deal, soothe an upset customer, and spark the kind of Facebook Group chatter that keeps the notifications lively.
- You’ve juggled socials, email, chats, CRMs, and maybe a few challenging customer moments.
- You’re attentive to the inbox, and you never leave a comment section unattended.
- You love creators and content. You’re always spotting great posts, hyping up UGC, and reaching out directly to make something cool happen.
- You learn new tools fast because you’ve worked with so many.
- You’re async-friendly, proactive, and don’t need micromanaging.
- You thrive in a startup vibe with autonomy, memes, and multiple browser tabs open.

Key responsibilities
This is a multi-hat role at the heart of our business. Success = faster replies, happier customers, stronger community vibes, and creators who love working with us.
You’ll:
- Keep our social comments, Facebook groups, and chats alive and buzzing
- Respond to customer emails, DMs, and order queries
- Find and nurture up-and-coming creators
- Manage customer and creator CRMs, keeping things personalised and on-brand
- Be the connective tissue between our team and our fans.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Clear, warm, and human communication skills
- Confidence talking to strangers and delighting them
- A bias for action and love of speed
- Super solid organisational instincts and comfort across tools (or fast learner energy)
- The ability to juggle tasks without dropping the vibe
- Deep empathy for customers, fans, creators, and your team
