About The Role As a Lifestyle Generalist, you'll be the go-to expert for our members, helping them get the most out of life. You'll handle a wide range of interesting and often complex requests across:

  • Travel - planning bespoke itineraries and securing unique experiences
  • Retail - sourcing exclusive products or hard-to-find items
  • Entertainment - arranging restaurant bookings, event tickets, and unforgettable experiences

Using your research skills, creativity, and excellent communication, you'll deliver tailored solutions that exceed our members' expectations - always within agreed timeframes.   • Native-level business English skills for communication with English-speaking members
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; calm and professional under pressure
  • Able to work independently, multitask, and manage tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to high customer service standards
  • Strong administration and organizational skills
  • Experience in luxury service, hospitality, travel, dining, or ticketing is a plus
  • Remote role in Australia; 40-hour week with day/evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays

This is a remote role based in Melbourne. The position is full-time, working 40 hours per week, with day shifts from Monday to Friday, either from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.Benefits Our people are at the heart of the business and we have a culture of recognition and reward.
