Role Description
This is a work from home opportunity for a B2B Appointment Setter. The primary responsibilities include identifying and qualifying potential clients, scheduling appointments with decision-makers, and maintaining detailed records of communication. You will work closely with the sales team to support lead generation efforts and contribute to achieving sales targets. Active communication through phone calls, emails, and other channels will be integral to your daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to confidently initiate and maintain professional conversations
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and appointment scheduling
- Organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute positively to collective goals
- Prior experience in a B2B sales or business development role is advantageous
- Understanding of the real estate, finance or property advisory industry is a plus
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and be an active contributor to the growth of the team and company
