No insurance experience? No problem. This role is open to entry-level candidates ready to kick-start a career in insurance. We'll teach you everything you need to know, from product knowledge, systems to policy administration, with full training and ongoing support every step of the way.
What you'll be doing:
· Delivering a high standard of customer service across phone, email & other communication channels
· Building positive customer relationships that encourage loyalty and retention
· Converting inbound enquiries into new business opportunities
· Applying underwriting standards consistently while balancing customer experience and risk
· Supporting customers through the policy lifecycle
· Hitting goals and contributing to company success.
