Right-Hand to the MD | PA, Accounts & Office Support (Remote, but must be located in Melbourne)
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on PA & Office All-Rounder to support our Managing Director. This fully remote role (with occasional catch-ups in Melbourne) is perfect for someone who enjoys variety - combining accounts, admin, and general office support to keep everything running smoothly.
What you'll do

Manage MYOB data entry, payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations

Process monthly remittances and assist with accounts administration

Support phone calls and customer queries, directing traffic where needed

Help with WMS/imports admin and stock forecasting

Assist with cash flow tracking, OH&S, and general compliance reminders

Provide day-to-day PA support to the MD
What you bring

Confident in MYOB and general accounts tasks

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks

Friendly, professional communication, happy to pick up the phone

Proactive attitude with a willingness to jump in and help wherever required
