Performance Media Buyer
About the Role: High Volume, High Impact
At Tradies AI, we don't just run ads; we dominate the trade industry. We are looking for an elite Performance Media Buyer to join a dedicated Pod. You will be responsible for the ad performance of ~30-35 trade business owners, ensuring they have a consistent flow of high-quality leads that actually turn into jobs.
You will sit in a high-speed feedback loop between an Appointment Setter (who tells you if lead quality is good) and a Digital Strategist (who manages the client relationship). If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where data dictates your next move, this is your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Ad Management: Launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for 30+ accounts.
- Rapid Iteration: Use daily feedback from our Appointment Setters to pivot targeting, hooks, and creative within 4 hours of identifying a quality issue.
- The "Pod" Collaboration: Attend daily 15-minute "War Room" meetings to fix high-CPL accounts and ensure all clients are in the "Green Zone."
- Onboarding & Launch: Execute flawless technical setups (Pixel, Lead Forms, GHL Integration) for new clients entering your pod.
- Data Mastery: Use Looker Studio to track performance and provide the Strategist with clear "Action Plans" for every account.
Who You Are
- The Scale Specialist: You have managed at least 15-20+ accounts simultaneously. You know how to use naming conventions and automated rules to stay organized.
- Direct Response Obsessed: You understand hooks, creative testing, and lead-gen forms. You know that a "cheap lead" is useless if the setter can’t book it.
- Tech-Stack Proficient: You are an expert in Meta Ads Manager and have a solid understanding of GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, and Google Ads.
- Fast & Accurate: You take pride in "Zero-Error" launches. You check your location targeting and lead mapping twice before hitting publish.
- Tradie Fluent: (Bonus) You’ve run ads for Roofers, Solar, Plumbers, or Landscapers and know what makes a homeowner click.

Requirements
- 2+ years of agency-side Media Buying experience.
- Proven track record of managing $20k+ in monthly aggregate ad spend.
- Deep experience in Lead Generation (not just E-commerce).
- High-level communication skills for internal pod collaboration.
