Position: Finance Expert (Investment Banking / Private Equity)

Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $150/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Minimum 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Build financial models from scratch similar to real deal execution workflows.
• Work asynchronously on financial research & analysis tasks.
• Support ongoing AI training workflows by creating realistic deal models and documentation.
• Contribute domain expertise to improve model outputs related to IB/PE.
• Maintain accuracy, structure, and professional quality expected in top-tier finance roles.

Ideal Qualifications

• Strong experience on-desk in Investment Banking or Private Equity (academic experience not counted).
• Strong financial modeling skills (valuation, DCF, comps, LBO/M&A models, forecast models).
• Experience in live deal execution, pitch materials, and financial analysis workflows.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs asynchronously.
• Preference to candidates from top-tier firms with demonstrable transaction experience.
