Expert Opportunity – VC/PE Associate, Competitive Analysis ($150/hr, up to $3k/week)

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced VC and PE investors who can help train their latest language model on competitive analysis tasks.

We're looking for Associates and VPs at top venture or private equity firms who conduct competitive analysis as a core part of their investment work. You know how to map a market, identify category leaders and challengers, assess competitive moats, and determine whether a company's positioning is defensible. That analytical discipline is exactly what this work requires.

You'll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core competitive analysis workflows: market mapping, competitive moat assessment, category landscape analysis, buyer funnel teardowns, pricing and positioning comparisons, and competitive due diligence memos.

Compensation: $150/hour

Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $3,000/week)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Qualifications:

• Associate, Senior Associate, or VP at a top VC or PE firm
• Significant experience conducting competitive and market analysis as part of investment due diligence
• Strong structured writing and ability to evaluate analytical output for accuracy and depth
