🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and actual performance.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Assist in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business planning.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operational teams.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiency.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
