As our Empowerment Experience Manager, you’ll oversee the client journey with heart and excellence. From first contact to ongoing progress check-ins, you’ll be the steady, uplifting presence our clients need to stay motivated and aligned.
🌟 Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as a guide, mentor, and cheerleader for clients
- Design and manage a seamless client journey and communication flow
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely support
- Collect and relay feedback to continuously elevate our offerings
- Assist in coordinating group events, webinars, and online sessions
