WE’RE HIRING: PROJECT MANAGER  

Affordable Living Solutions Company (ALSC) is scaling fast and we need someone who can own projects, move quickly, and get things DONE.

We’re not your typical construction company.

We deliver modern expandable & pod homes across Australia.

With leads growing and projects ramping up, we’re looking for a Project Manager who can take control from sale → delivery → install.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take full ownership of projects from handover to completion
• Coordinate suppliers, logistics & installs (AU + overseas)
• Keep projects moving — timelines, budgets, problem-solving
• Work alongside sales to turn deals into delivered outcomes
• Liaise with councils, planners & clients (keep everything on track)
• Spot issues early and fix them before they become problems

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management and ability to oversee project timelines, budgets, and team collaboration
• Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure timely delivery of housing projects
• Experience in Inspection processes to verify compliance with standards and quality assurance
• Knowledge of Logistics Management to oversee procurement and delivery processes effectively
• Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in modular or prefabricated construction is a plus
