We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to produce engaging animated visuals and video content across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about motion design, storytelling, and visual communication in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for marketing, social media, websites, and product videos.
• Develop storyboards, concepts, and visual ideas from briefs and creative direction.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to deliver compelling video content.
• Edit and animate video content, including typography, icons, illustrations, and visual effects.
• Ensure consistency with brand identity, style guidelines, and visual standards.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain and organize motion assets, templates, and project files.

✅ Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or related roles (internships or freelance experience accepted).
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of motion design principles, timing, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating content for digital and social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of video editing, sound, and visual effects is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating motion design work (required).
