Role Description
We are seeking a Graphics & Content Creator to support content development, execution, and reporting across multiple client projects.
About the role
This role sits at the core of our content delivery. You will be responsible for designing, writing, uploading, and managing content across digital channels, while supporting client deliverables, timelines and reporting.
The role is 2-3 days part-time (20–25 hours per week), fully remote, with flexibility around working days. Applicants must be based in Australia, and available during core business hours (9am - 5pm).
In this role, you will be responsible for designing creative visuals, developing engaging content, and managing multimedia projects to meet the needs of our clients. Day-to-day tasks will include creating social media assets, promotional materials, brand visuals, and compelling written content.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and creation of digital assets for digital marketing and social media
- Editing short-form video content suitable for social platforms
- Writing and refining social captions and short-form content
- Uploading, scheduling, and managing content across platforms
- Supporting client campaign delivery, including asset coordination and timelines
- Assisting with basic reporting and performance summaries
- Working closely with the team to ensure consistency, accuracy and quality
Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and Digital Illustration
- Strong skills in content creation, copywriting and storytelling
- Ability to develop brand-aligned Visual Design and Multimedia Content
- Knowledge of Social Media content strategy and platform trends
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software
- Experience with social scheduling platforms such as Buffer, Planoly, Sprout, Blaze or similar
- Confident working with Facebook Business and Ads Manager
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
- Educational background in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience in health, advocacy or purpose-led communications is an advantage but not needed
