🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
• Plan, create, publish, and schedule content across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok)
• Manage daily community engagement, comments, and messages
• Monitor social media performance and analyze metrics to optimize content and campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams on campaigns and launches
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Manage social media calendars, guidelines, and brand voice consistency
• Support paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations (if applicable)

✅ RequirementsJunior–Mid-Level (0–4+ years)

• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills in English
• Creative mindset with attention to brand consistency and detail
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actions
• Experience with scheduling tools or basic paid social is a plus

• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
