The role
We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our client portfolio and position 52nd Solution as the go-to custom software partner across key industry verticals. You'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — and play a pivotal role in shaping how we take our services to market.

What you'll do
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target verticals through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers, business owners, and IT stakeholders
- Lead discovery conversations and translate business pain points into compelling software solution proposals
- Collaborate with our technical team to scope engagements, draft proposals, and respond to RFPs/tenders
- Manage your pipeline in CRM — tracking leads, activities, and forecast
- Negotiate and close project agreements, then facilitate warm handoff to the delivery team
- Develop account expansion opportunities — upselling ongoing retainers, support, and enhancements
- Represent 52nd Solution at industry events, networking functions, and partner engagements
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in B2B business development, technology sales, or IT services sales
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical buyers
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and a clear performance target
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Existing network in one or more of our target verticals is a strong advantage
Bonus points
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, or the broader Microsoft ecosystem,
- Experience selling custom software, automation, or integration projects,
- Understanding of business process improvement concepts.
