Wipe Credit Clean is on the hunt for a full-time Case Manager who’s sharp, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

About the Role:

As a Case Manager, you'll work directly with clients to help them clean up and repair their credit reports. You’ll guide them through the process with care and clarity, while managing a large workload efficiently. This is a fully remote, flexible role – you can structure your day to suit your lifestyle as long as you deliver results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Liaising with clients via phone, email, and text to guide them through credit repair
• Reviewing and entering data from credit reports
• Preparing dispute documentation and lodging investigations with credit reporting bodies
• Managing a high-volume caseload and meeting internal targets
• Problem-solving and following up on outstanding items
• Educating clients on their credit journey and progress

About You:

• No experience in credit repair? No problem — we’ll train you!
• Customer service or admin experience is essential
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
• Comfortable with data entry and tech-savvy (we love a spreadsheet queen)
• Self-motivated and can manage your own time and priorities
• You can handle pressure and love ticking off a full to-do list
• Bonus: experience in collections, finance, or debt management – but not a dealbreaker
• Uni students welcome if available, full-time
