The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the sales function end-to-end. This is a lead from the front position – you will be expected to identify leads, build relationships and achieve sales targets independently. The business is lean by design and the right person will thrive in that environment.

Responsibilities will include:

• Building and managing relationships with businesses that operate family focused activities such as kids’ recreation, entertainment, sports and educational providers.
• Show the capabilities and offerings of the WhatWhere platform through in-person product demonstrations.
•  Sales execution and on-boarding new businesses to the platform.
• Monitoring market dynamics and competitor activity across the family market.

The Person

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in a lean, fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• High energy and ambition.
