Version Two is a different kind of Creative Practice.

Instead of working on brands for clients, we’re building a portfolio of brands that we have a stake in. Our agency roots give us a creative edge, while our ownership mindset means we care deeply about outcomes, not just outputs.

We’re looking for a Performance Manager to help run and grow our paid media ecosystem. This role sits somewhere between a paid media specialist and an account manager, and that’s exactly why it’s interesting. You’ll be responsible for driving performance across a folio of brands and our own LeadHQ product, while building strong relationships with the people behind those businesses. You’ll make performance decisions that help make an impact everyday and take real ownership of results.

This role is perfect for someone who loves performance marketing, but also loves context. Someone who wants to understand the business behind the ads, not just the ads themselves.

>> What you’ll doManage & Optimise

Own the day-to-day performance of paid media accounts across Google, Meta, and other platforms as needed. Monitor results, spot patterns, and make smart, timely optimisation decisions.

Think in outcomes, not tactics

Look beyond clicks and CPMs. Understand what success actually means for each brand and make decisions that move the business forward, not just the platform metrics.

Communicate clearly and often

Be the main point of contact for LeadHQ clients and brand partners. Explain what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what you’re doing about it in a way that builds confidence and trust.

Take briefs & ask good questions

Run regular conversations with brand owners to understand what’s happening in their world. New offers, changing priorities, operational constraints, growth goals. All of it matters.

Build and evolve strategy

Develop paid media strategies for lead generation, e-commerce, and growth initiatives. Test, learn, adapt, repeat.

Collaborate like a pro

Work closely with our paid media specialists, designers, and strategists to make sure campaigns are well thought out, well executed, and well supported with the right assets.

Obsess (healthily) over the details

Track performance, budgets, pacing, creative fatigue, lead quality, and trends.

Catch small issues before they become big ones.
