Compliance Officer

We act as long-term Virtual Compliance Officers and embed practical, fit-for-purpose ISO Management Systems directly into our partners’ Microsoft SharePoint environments.

The Role

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for experienced Virtual Compliance Officers to join our team.

In this role, you’ll guide partners through the implementation and ongoing maintenance of ISO standards, primarily ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001 and ISO 9001, while also helping them navigate related cybersecurity and privacy frameworks (such as Right Fit For Risk, etc.).

You’ll be involved end-to-end: from initial implementation, through audit support, and into long-term compliance and continual improvement.

You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll be supported by a highly experienced, collaborative team who genuinely care about quality outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a long-term Virtual Compliance Officer for assigned partners
• Work directly with Leadership Teams and Executives
• Maintain ISO Management Systems in Microsoft SharePoint (no GRC platforms)
• Prepare partners for certification and surveillance audits, and represent them during audits
• Deliver practical, outcome-focused guidance that moves partners toward certification and maturity

What We’re Looking ForEssential

• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior leaders
• Solid understanding of ISO-based management systems and real-world implementation
• A pragmatic, people-first approach to compliance

Nice to Have

• ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Implementer (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Exposure to ISO 9001, 42001, or other management system standards
• Background in MSPs, IT services or cybersecurity tooling
