We are entering an exciting phase of domestic and international expansion, however this Account Manager role will focus primarily on our existing client base, with a very clear goal to work with these partners to raise awareness and engagement of our services. To manage our life insurance, health insurance and other B2B partners. You will build tailored account management plans for each of our partners, ensuring we create successful long term partnerships. Our key objective is to increase the amount of people we help with our virtual care services by implementing successful awareness and engagement activities.  

Key skills, major accountabilities and critical responsibilities:

  • Implementation and accountability of the Partnership Strategy 
  • Ensure we’re always clearly communicating the need and value of our service in order to drive utilisation
  • Develop great relationships at all levels within our partnerships, ensuring that they understand the need and value for our services 
  • Remove barriers to increasing referrals rates from clients by working with them to develop better communication and referral pathways
  • Develop a deep understanding of our client needs and challenges so we can continue to evolve and tailor our services
  • Assist in identifying new growth opportunities with our existing partners
  • Work closely with the team to develop new and innovative ways of creating awareness and engagement
  • Deliver regular reporting and forecasting of partnerships
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Maintain a close connection with our internal teams to ensure that our service delivery is always exceptional. 

What You Bring

  • Proven B2B Relationship Management track record: Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C Relationship Management, ideally in the healthcare, insurance or financial services industries.
  • Results driven - This role will carry very specific KPI’s around driving greater engagement with our clients and their policyholders, so you’ll need to bring a proven ability to deliver results
  • Strong bias for action - You need to adapt to evolving business demands and take full responsibility for delivering strategic results. 
  • A flexible and driven mindset - Healthtech moves quick and so do we, so you’ll need to adapt, support and drive change.
  • Data driven approach - an ability to analyse performance metrics and optimise strategies
  • Collaborative mindset and stakeholder management - you have a strong ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple business streams with different priorities. 

Remuneration

  • Flexibility: This role can be remote from anywhere in Australia, or can be located at our Sydney CBD office
