Are you addicted to online shopping? Do you love discovering niche brands and ecommerce products?

If you’re a recent graduate, expat, or backpacker in Australia who enjoys talking to people, connecting, and having natural conversations, this role is for you.

This is an e-commerce founder engagement role working directly with founders from all over the world. You will be the first real conversation a founder has with us. Not a sales pitch. Not a funnel. A live exchange where trust is either built or lost quickly.

Some people call it charisma. Others call it timing, intuition, or reading the room well. Whatever you call it, this is the skill that matters here.

For the right person, this is also a pathway into eCommerce, growth marketing, and acquisition-focused roles. You will gain direct exposure to how founders think, how deals are qualified, and how commercial decisions are made in real time. 

It is a strong entry point for anyone looking to break into the industry without starting in traditional entry-level marketing roles.

What you will do

  • Start and lead conversations with founders across email, social, and calls
  • Quickly assess fit, intent, and opportunity through natural dialogue
  • Handle objections in real time without losing clarity or credibility
  • Build immediate trust and relevance in high-resistance conversations
  • Identify strong eCommerce brands and surface them into the pipeline
  • Represent the company with professionalism, judgment, and calm confidence
