Role Overview
We’re looking for an Outbound Sales Specialist to break into the Australian market. Your role is simple: generate leads, start conversations, and close deals.
You will be the front line of revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and identify businesses across Australia
- Execute outbound campaigns (cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn)
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Qualify leads and understand client pain points
- Pitch and close digital marketing service deals
- Track outreach and performance
What We’re Looking For
- Strong spoken and written English (neutral/clear accent preferred for AU calls)
- Confidence in cold calling and handling objections
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Comfortable working independently in a startup environment
- Sales / business development experience is a plus
- Understanding of digital marketing is a bonus
Compensation
- 10% commission on every deal closed (uncapped)
- No ceiling on earnings
