About the Role

TTC Global is looking for an experienced Test Lead to join our team on a permanent basis, supporting a large-scale SAP SuccessFactors program.

This is a key role driving the testing strategy and delivery across SuccessFactors, including Payroll, ensuring high-quality outcomes across a complex enterprise programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing across a SuccessFactors implementation,including Payroll
• Define and drive the test strategy, planning and execution across multiple workstreams
• Manage test phases including SIT, UAT and payroll parallel runs
• Work closely with business stakeholders, HR and payroll teams to validate requirements
• Coordinate defect management, reporting and overall quality governance
• Engage with system integrators and internal delivery teams to ensure alignment
• Provide leadership to onshore and offshore test teams

About You

• Proven experience as a Test Lead or Test Manager on SAP SuccessFactors programmes
• Strong payroll testing experience (essential), including parallel runs and reconciliation
• Experience across HRIS / HCM transformations in complex enterprise environments
• Confident managing stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Strong understanding of test tools and automation frameworks (Tosca experience highly regarded)
• Experience working within large transformation programmes or multi-vendor environmentsWhy TTC Global
