Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver medium-sized projects on time and within scope
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources across departments
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and project risks
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and provide status updates
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal processes
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and project outcomes

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of experience in project management or related coordination roles
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
• Excellent organisational, time management, and stakeholder communication skills
• Proficiency with tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus but not essential
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
