About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact digital products and services. You will work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and developers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews)
• Act as a servant leader for Scrum Teams to deliver quality outcomes
• Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize the product backlog
• Promote Agile principles, continuous improvement, and team accountability
• Provide clear, transparent communication across teams and leadership

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Proven experience in remote team collaboration
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) preferred
• Based in Australia or able to work within Australian time zones
