As a Solutions Strategist, you'll collaborate with customers and leadership to conduct discovery calls to identify client needs, pain points and goals for business growth, develop tactical plans to resolve them, and build frameworks and playbooks for clients to leverage in implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand business processes, sales/marketing/customer service workflows, and system requirements.
- Manage end-to-end projects, ensuring project accuracy and efficiency.
- Translate client needs into clear HubSpot solutions and adoption strategies.
- Build and configure CRM objects, pipelines, automations, reporting dashboards, and integrations.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and scalability of client HubSpot instances.
- Develop frameworks, playbooks, and training materials to enable client teams.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve performance.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication for implementation projects.
- Collaborate with internal strategy and team members to align HubSpot builds with broader marketing/sales initiatives.
Client Responsibilities and Communication
- Be a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams
- Translate business needs into sales/marketing/customer service brilliance
- Provide regular, proactive updates to customers and the team—no surprises
- Lead client training and handover with clear documentation and support
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role within an agency.
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM software—especially HubSpot
- Ability to translate complex business processes into clear technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience with API integrations, Zapier, or other workflow automation tools a plus.
- Strong project management skills—organised, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects.
- Own your implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Collaborate with your team to continually refine and evolve delivery processes
- Hold the bar high—we’re known for quality, and you’ll help us stay there
- Bonus points for exposure to Google Analytics, Google/Meta Ads, WordPress, Mailchimp and Zapier
- HubSpot certifications (Inbound, Marketing Software, Email, etc.) are a plus—if you don’t have them yet, we’ll support you to get there
As a HubSpot Diamond partner, everything we do is HubSpot, we live and breathe it. 3+ years experience performing this role using HubSpot CRM will give you a huge advantage, however, strategy and problem solving are the key part of this role, experience with similar CRM's will be considered. We're looking for someone that likes to find answers.

- Seamless client onboarding & implementations delivered on time and within scope.
- Consistently high client adoption rates post-implementation.
- Clear and concise communication with customers.
- Creation of reusable frameworks and playbooks that elevate future projects.
- Contribution to client growth metrics (pipeline efficiency, conversion rates, reporting accuracy).
- High customer satisfaction to align with the work and efficiency of the projects, communication and creativity.
