Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Success Coach with flexible hours. The Success Coach will be responsible for guiding individuals through personal and professional growth, offering mentoring, educational support, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include advertising, assessing, goal setting, training and mentoring and maintaining regular communication with clients.

We seek someone ready to take their next career step and achieve a new level of success.

Full time and part time options are available - minimum 15 hours / week with flexibility to work around family, lifestyle or other commitments.

Qualifications / Experience / Attributes

• Experience in coaching or mentoring
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Confidence to work independently and remotely
• Commercial acumen
• Relevant certifications are a plus but not essential - full training provided
• A passion for personal growth
• Strong organisational skills - being tech savvy is an advantage - we train you in our systems
