Education Business Development & Delivery Manager

Full-Time | Fully Remote | Global Role

We’re looking for an Education Business Development & Delivery Manager to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role that sits across growth, operations, and delivery within our education portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both building client relationships and ensuring programs are executed seamlessly.

You’ll play a key part in growing our education offering while coordinating the operational delivery that keeps everything running smoothly.

Employment Package

  • $100,000 base salary

About the Role

35% Business Development & Client Engagement

  • Client-facing conversations and relationship building
  • Identifying opportunities and preparing proposals
  • Supporting conversion of opportunities into confirmed work

35% Delivery & Operations

  • Coordinating education programs
  • Managing facilitator allocation and delivery logistics
  • Ensuring smooth operational execution

30% Administration & Process

  • Pipeline tracking and documentation
  • Proposal accuracy and system management
  • Maintaining strong processes and operational consistency

Key Responsibilities:

Education Business Development

  • Develop a strong understanding of the education portfolio
  • Engage directly with clients to present education solutions
  • Conduct virtual and face-to-face client meetings
  • Prepare accurate, engaging proposals designed to win business
  • Track opportunities and follow up consistently
  • Maintain clear and organised sales documentation

Program Delivery & LMS Coordination

  • Manage the Learning Management System (training provided)
  • Ensure course content is accurate and up to date
  • Monitor learner experience and coordinate solutions
  • Maintain clear documentation and updates

Marketing & Portfolio Promotion

  • Prepare marketing briefs for email campaigns and social content
  • Work with Marketing to support portfolio growth

Membership & Community Management

  • Manage day-to-day membership administration
  • Coordinate new member content and engagement initiatives
  • Moderate the member LinkedIn group
  • Manage the membership webinar “Lunch & Learn” series

Facilitator Network Coordination

  • Manage administration and coordination of the facilitator pool
  • Ensure accreditation requirements are maintained
  • Allocate facilitators to programs once business is secured
  • Coordinate logistics, travel arrangements, and expenses

Operations & Process

  • Maintain high accuracy across proposals and communications
  • Keep pipelines and systems up to date
  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery
  • Manage multiple moving parts without missing steps

About You

  • Commercially confident and comfortable with client-facing conversations
  • Highly organised with strong process discipline
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
  • Confident preparing professional proposals and documentation
  • Comfortable working with systems and platforms (LMS experience desirable but not essential)
  • Responsive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working remotely as part of a global team

  • A facilitation or trainer role
  • A senior strategic leadership position
  • A purely administrative role
  • A role suited to someone who prefers big-picture thinking without detail and process
